But you guyyyyyys it’s so much more than that.
It’s like the creamiest, freshest, totally healthy, most flavorful sauce/dip/whatever you wanna call it. EVER.

How is it already June 8th?! I think it’s finally safe to say that summer weather is officially here.
I don’t know about you guys, but the weather here in Wisconsin has been absolutely gorgeous! Because of this, Trevor and I have been grilling as much as possible.
If you follow me on snapchat then you know we’ve been making kebabs (new recipe coming Friday!) like crazy lately!
Kebabs are my go-to quick, easy, healthy dinners for summer, because um, they’re quick, easy, and healthy.
The other day, I was happily eating a kebab, but felt like it was missing something. Before I knew it, I was dipping my chicken and veggie pieces into this Easy Tzatziki Recipe.
Now. Let me tell you right now, I already know that this is slightly different from a traditional tzatziki. My recipe is baaaasically the same with a few little twists here and there.
Because I can’t NOT add a few twists. 😉
Simply stir together non fat plain greek yogurt, diced cucumbers, olive oil, reduced fat feta, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and dried oregano, basil, and dill.
That’s it!!!
How amazing, healthy, and delicious is that? Five minutes of prep (plus time to chill) and you’ve got some pretty killer tzatziki.
The combo of creamy yogurt, fresh cucumbers, salty feta, tart lemon, and all those herbs is just mind blowing delicious.
Perfect on pita bread and my new kebab recipe coming Friday, I know you’ll love this heathy and delicious Easy Tzatziki Recipe as much as I do. 🙂
