A twist on a classic, this Potato Chip Cheese Ball is full of cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, spices, and yes, POTATO CHIPS! 🙂
Today’s post is sponsored by our friends at Kettle Brand Chips.
The Potato Chip Cheese Ball is where it’s AT!
It’s crazy cheesy – hello THREE kinds of cheese – it’s savory – hello b.a.co.n. – and it’s got loads of texture – hello potato chips.
This weekend, whether you’re watching the big game (or not), you NEED to make this Potato Chip Cheese Ball.
Deal?
To be honest, before I made this cheese ball today, I was kiiiind of intimidated to make one.
I mean I LOVE eating them, but making one and shaping the cheese into an actual ball seemed complicated.
But it’s not.
I swear.
Let me walk you through it.
Beat together softened cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
Beat in Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips, cilantro, and bacon.
Cover and store in the fridge until firm.
Once hardened, you’ll dump the cheese mixture out onto a piece of saran wrap, wrap it up, and shape it into a ball. It’s easier than it sounds. Promise. 🙂
Then, all you need to do is roll the Potato Chip Cheese Ball in MORE potato chips, cilantro, and bacon.
Like.
You guys.
This cheese ball is perfection.
And I LOVE how short the ingredient list is, just like the ingredient list on the Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips – hello only THREE ingredients – potatoes, oil, and sea salt. Plus these chips contain no trans fat, MSG, or preservatives! These chips are made with natural ingredients AND they taste great!
Then, as if this cheese ball isn’t amazing enough already, you’re going to serve this cheese ball with MORE Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips (or your fave flavor) and crackers.
You guys.
It’s just too much.
Liiiike I know the football game on Sunday is kiiiiiind of a big deal, but I bet you, if this Potato Chip Cheese Ball is present, nobody will even CARE about the game. 😉
Creamy cheese. Salty bacon. Crunchy potato chips.
This.
Is. Everything.
