Ingredients

Butter Sauce

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cuban Sliders

  • 1 (12 oz) package hawaiian rolls
  • ½ cup honey mustard homemade or store-bought
  • 1 pound pulled pork homemade or store-bought
  • ½ pound thinly sliced ham
  • 1 (6.84 oz) package thinly sliced Swiss cheese I had 18 slices
  • Dill pickle chips to taste, drained and patted dry

Instructions

Butter Sauce

  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, parmesan, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside.

Cuban Sliders

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Slice the group of 12 rolls in half horizontally so that you have one “slab” of tops and one “slab” of bottoms. (Do not pull the rolls apart.)
  • Place the bottom “slab” into the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread both the bottom slab and the top slab with 1/4 cup honey mustard.
  • Top the bottom rolls with half the cheese, then layer on the ham, pork, and pickles.
  • Top with the remaining cheese, place the top rolls on, then spoon the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes or until the meat is hot and the cheese has melted.
  • Cut into individual sliders, then serve and enjoy!
