These Oven Baked BBQ Pork Chops are incredibly juicy and so easy to make! Less than 10 ingredients and 30 minutes to get dinner on the table.

omit if you don’t like spice

boneless pork chops
about 1 inch thick each

tablespoons
BBQ sauce
we used Sweet Baby Ray’s Original

Honey mustard

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne until combined. Set aside.
Place the pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet, then brush 1 tablespoon bbq sauce over each pork chop until fully coated.
Spoon the spice rub evenly over each pork chop, then rub the mixture into the pork until each of the pork chops is fully coated.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-15 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
