This Spiked Tropical Cake Shake will immediately transport you to some place tropical! It's so thick, creamy, and sweet. It takes like cake batter and is filled with cherries, pineapple, and of course, Malibu Rum!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple upside down cake ice cream
  • 2 oz caramel ice cream topping + more for drizzling
  • 1 ½ oz Malibu Rum
  • maraschino cherry optional as a garnish
  • whipped cream optional as a garnish

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a Vitamix or another powerful blender and blend until smooth!
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

If you're using a Vitamix, just use the preset "Frozen Desserts".
Make sure you have a very powerful blender, as this shake is very thick!
