Classic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Place chocolate into prepared dish.
Layer on marshmallows.
Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve with graham crackers.
Salted Caramel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Place chocolate into prepared dish.
Pour on caramel then sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
Layer on marshmallows.
Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve with pretzels.
Peanut Butter Chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Place peanut butter cups into prepared dish.
Layer on marshmallows.
Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve with graham crackers.
White Chocolate Raspberry
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Place chocolate into prepared dish.
Top with raspberries.
Layer on marshmallows.
Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
