1(6 oz) containernon fat peach greek yogurtI used Simply 100
1poundfrozen peaches*
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼cupold fashioned oats
¼teaspooncinnamon
1tablespoonhoneymore or less, to taste, depending on sweetness of peaches
*The sweeter the peaches are, the better this smoothie will taste! Also, if you can find peaches in your freezer section, go ahead and use those if you'd like!** If you're gluten free, make sure your oats are, too!
