  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 (8 oz) bag shredded Italian 5 cheese blend (mozzarella, smoked provolone, parmesan, asiago, and romano)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, parmesan, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside.
  • Slice the group of 12 rolls in half horizontally so that you have one “slab” of tops and one “slab” of bottoms. (Do not pull the rolls apart.)
  • Place the bottom “slab” into the prepared baking dish, then cover with the cheese.
  • Place top rolls on, then spoon the butter sauce evenly over the rolls.
