yellow onion
diced

minced garlic

(22.6 oz) can
cream of chicken soup

cup
milk

Worcestershire sauce

green beans
drained

frozen tater tots

Instructions
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Once hot, add in beef, onion, bell peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cook, breaking up the beef as you go, until the meat has cooked through.
Drain the grease, then stir in soup, milk, and worcestershire sauce.
Taste and re-season, if necessary. Set aside.
Grease a 6 quart crockpot with cooking spray, then pour in 1/2 the frozen tater tots; spread them out into an even layer.
Layer with 1/2 the green beans, then sprinkle with salt.
Top with 1/2 the beef mixture, then 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat the layers: tater tots, green beans, salt, beef mixture, cheese.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Remove lid and let sit for 15 minutes or so to let thicken.
