Ingredients

  • 3-4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls can should contain 8 rolls
  • 4 string cheeses cut in half (I used whole milk mozzarella)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, stir together butter, parmesan, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined, then set aside.
  • Unroll crescent rolls, separate into triangles, place halved string cheese at widest end, and roll up. Tuck in the edges to seal.
  • Evenly spoon the garlic butter over the rolled rolls and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauce (if desired) and enjoy!
