½ - 1cupdiced pineapple
½cupChobani Non Fat Plain Greek yogurt
1teaspoonDijon mustard
½teaspoongarlic powder
1-3chipotle peppers in adobo sauceminced*
1poundchicken breastscooked and cubed into bite sized pieces**
½cupcashew halves
2Green onionssliced (just the white and light green part)
