Ingredients
1(16 oz) boxlinguinicooked 2 minutes less than al denté according to package directions
½cupunsalted buttermelted
1(8 oz) blockcream cheesesoftened to room temperature
2(10.5 oz) canscream of mushroom soup
1(8 oz) containersour creamroom temperature
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½cupwhite winecan replace with milk
4cupscooked and cubed chickenI used 1 rotisserie (about 1 pound)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together butter, cream cheese, soup, sour cream, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and wine until well combined.
Use tongs to stir in chicken and noodles.
Pour mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella, then parmesan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
