4tablespoonssoy sauceuse tamari or coconut aminos to make gluten free
2tablespoonsseasoned rice vinegar
1tablespoonhoneyuse agave, brown sugar, or maple syrup if you can't have honey
1tablespoonsesame oil
1tablespoonfish sauce
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonground ginger
½teaspoonred pepper flakes
1 ½poundsboneless, skinless chicken thighscut into 1/2 - 1-inch pieces
