Ingredients
1 ¼cupsmayonnaiseI used an olive oil based mayo
½cupgranulated sugar
¼cupapple cider vinegar
Salt and pepperto taste (I used 1/2 teaspoon each)
1(12 oz) packagebaconcooked until crispy, then crumbled
2poundsbroccolichopped into small bite sized pieces (about 2 - 3 heads)*
*I like to remove most of the broccoli stems and chop the florets into pretty small bite sized pieces for the best texture.Nutritional information is calculated using light mayo.
