Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat.
Place breadcrumbs, cheese, olive oil, egg, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper into a large bowl, then mix until combined.
Add in the ground chicken then, using your hands, mix again, until *just* combined.
Use a large cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into 24 meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the outsides are golden brown and the centers are cooked through (165 degrees F).
