Instructions
Mayo Spread
Place mayo, honey, dijon, garlic powder, and salt into a medium sized bowl, then stir until well combined. Set aside.
Cream Cheese Filling
Place cream cheese, cheddar, ranch mix, and heavy cream into a medium sized bowl, then stir until well combined. Set aside.
Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F and spray basket with cooking spray.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayo spread on each slice of bread.
Top 4 slices of bread with 1 oz each shredded Colby jack, then top the other 4 slices with 1 oz each shredded American cheese.
Top each slice with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
Sandwich the bread together (you’ll end up with 4 sandwiches), then set aside.
Place 1 sandwich into the air fryer and spritz the top slightly with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheeses are hot and melted.
Repeat with remaining sandwiches, serve immediately and enjoy!
