¼cupwhole wheat flour
1(1 oz) packetranch seasoning mixuse a dairy free variety to make vegan, if desired
½teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonsmelted butteruse a dairy free variety to make vegan, if desired
*I set my oven to 300 degrees F and placed the air fried cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet topped with a greased wire cooling rack. Lower the oven temperature if the cauliflower starts to burn/overcook.The “breading” doesn’t really get too crispy, but the cauliflower is crisp, so the textures work well together!
