- 28 squares honey graham crackers 28 squares = 14 full sheets
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter 3 sticks
- 1 1/2 cups light or dark brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips semi-sweet, dark, milk chocolate
- Toppings of choice sprinkles, crushed pretzels, chopped M&Ms, etc. *
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, then line it with a silicone baking mat.
Place crackers side by side onto prepared pan, doing your best to keep your crackers within the silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Place butter, brown sugar, and salt into a large saucepan.
Stirring regularly, bring the mixture to boil over medium/medium-high heat.
Once boiling, boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour slowly and evenly over crackers, trying your best to keep the toffee on the crackers, then bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let stand for 5 minutes, then use the back of a spoon to spread melted chocolate chips evenly over the crackers.
Top with desired toppings, cool completely in fridge (at least 2 hours) or in freezer (at least 1 hour), then break into pieces and enjoy!
Graham cracker toffee may be enjoyed chilled or frozen.
