Broccoli Salad Recipe
This broccoli salad recipe will definitely blow you away. Pasta, bacon, and broccoli? What could be better? This pasta salad is my go-to summer side dish!

Broccoli Salad
  • 1 (12 oz) box bowtie pasta
  • 1 head broccoli cut into small pieces (about 1 pound)
  • 5 Green onions sliced (just use white and light green part)
  • 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup salted cashew halves/pieces
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions.
  2. Place all salad ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients until fully incorporated.
  1. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator until cold and serve immediately!
