Broccoli Salad
- 1 (12 oz) box bowtie pasta
- 1 head broccoli cut into small pieces (about 1 pound)
- 5 Green onions sliced (just use white and light green part)
- 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup salted cashew halves/pieces
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 pound cooked bacon roughly chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Assembly
Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator until cold and serve immediately!
