- 3 tablespoons all natural almond butter room temperature (use the just nuts variety - stirred well to combine the oil)
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup room temperature
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar packed
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour spoon and leveled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk plus more for thinning, if necessary
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips or other desired mix-ins
Beat almond butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar together until smooth.
Beat in almond flour and salt - mixture will be dry.
Beat in almond milk and vanilla extract.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge, chill, and enjoy cold!
