Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons all natural almond butter room temperature (use the just nuts variety - stirred well to combine the oil)
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar packed
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour spoon and leveled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk plus more for thinning, if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips or other desired mix-ins

Instructions

  • Beat almond butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  • Beat in almond flour and salt - mixture will be dry.
  • Beat in almond milk and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge, chill, and enjoy cold!
