In a medium sized saucepan, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, sugar, dry mustard, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed rosemary, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat whisking occasionally, once simmering simmer for 5 minutes.
Carefully pour into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and re-season if necessary then serve as desired and enjoy!
