These Deep Dish Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies for Two are the perfect easy small batch sweet treat! A classic cookie loaded with walnuts and dark chocolate chips and baked in a jumbo muffin tin!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter cold
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg yolk cold
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup California Walnuts chopped + more for topping
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Grease two slots of a jumbo muffin tin with cooking spray and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Beat in egg yolk.
- Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips and California Walnuts.
- Place the dough evenly into the two prepared slots (about 1/2 cup each).
- Bake in preheated oven for 14-18 minutes, or until cookie is baked to your liking.
- Remove from oven and serve with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and extra walnuts, if desired!
