Instructions
Grease a 6 quart crockpot generously with cooking spray, then pour in milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, mashed bananas, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk until fully combined, then stir in steel cut oats.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until the oats are cooked to your liking.
Taste and re-season, then serve plain or with additional toppings (brown sugar, maple syrup, fruit, nuts, raisins, etc.) and enjoy!
