Ingredients
1cupcottage cheese*
1cupgreek yogurtcan replace with more cottage cheese**
1-2(1 oz) packetranch seasoning mixuse Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix for best results
2-4tablespoonspickle juiceuse dill or bread and butter juice if a sweeter flavor is desired. Jalapeno juice and/or milk may be used instead, but pickle juice gives it a restaurant flavor
Place cottage cheese, greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, and pickle juice into a food processor (or blender) and process until smooth and no curds remain.
If necessary, thin with additional pickle juice/milk, until desired consistency is reached, then taste and re-season, if desired.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use (ranch will thicken as it sits).
*Use a name brand (like Good Culture) and a full-fat variety for the most consistent results. Although, I’ve personally never had a problem using a lower-fat generic brand.**I like the slight tang from the greek yogurt, but feel free to use all cottage cheese instead.Nutritional information will vary based on brand/fat content used on the cottage cheese and greek yogurt. The entire recipe is roughly 436 calories with 36 grams of protein!
