Bang Bang Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce we used Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Place mayo, chili sauce, Sriracha, and vinegar into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary, then serve as desired!

Notes

Too sweet? Add in more Sriracha. Too spicy? Stir in more mayo or vinegar. Want it sweeter? Add in additional chili sauce or even a drizzle of honey. Make it perfect for your palate!
