Banana Bread
Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees F and grease a 2 quart air fryer safe non-stick square baking pan (6.5L x 6.5W x 2.75H inch) with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place sugar, oil, and vanilla into a medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth, then whisk in mashed bananas.
Add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then use a rubber spatula to fold in the ingredients until *just* combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Sprinkle the bottom and sides of the greased baking pan with half the cinnamon sugar mixture, then fill with half the batter.
Sprinkle the batter with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, top with the remaining batter, then use a knife to slightly swirl the cinnamon sugar into the bread.
Air fry in the preheated air fryer for 30-40 minutes or until the bread has cooked through.
Cool slightly before cutting, serving, and enjoying!
