- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large lemon juiced and zested
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place mayo, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper into a medium sized bowl and whisk until well combined.
Taste and re-season, if necessary, and serve with fries, on a sandwich, with vegetables, seafood, chicken, and more!
