Scotcheroos
These scotcheroos are a classic no bake peanut butter chocolate dessert bar! A WHOLE box of rice krispies is mixed with corn syrup, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt, then smothered with a creamy chocolate and butterscotch topping.

- 12 oz box Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups corn syrup
- 2 cups brown sugar packed
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz package chocolate chips
- 12 oz package butterscotch chips
Grease a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and line with a parchment sling. Set aside.
Place rice krispies into a VERY large bowl. Set aside.
Place corn syrup and brown sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Once boiling, turn off the heat, then stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
Pour over cereal and mix to combine.
Pour into prepared pan. Grease hands with cooking spray and gently press down. Set aside.
Place chocolate chips and butterscotch chips into a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Melt until smooth.
Spread over bars.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
