This Poppyseed Dressing is fresh, creamy, and so quick to make. It can be served over greens, fruit salads, pasta salads, and more!
Servings: 24 tablespoons
- 3/4 cups mayo I like using an olive oil based mayo
- 1/4-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place mayo, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, poppy seeds, dijon, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder, into a sealable container (I like using a mason jar).
Shake until well combined, taste and re-season, if necessary, then serve as desired, and enjoy!
