Ingredients

Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Ham and Cheese Croissant

  • 8 mini croissants about 1 (10 oz) box
  • 8 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 (16 oz) container sliced ham
  • 4 slices havarti cheese cut in half
  • 4 slices gouda cheese cut in half

Instructions

Butter Sauce

  • Place melted butter, parmesan, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper into a medium sized bowl.
  • Whisk until well combined, then set aside.

Ham and Cheese Croissant

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Cut each croissant in half, then spread each half with 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard.
  • Place 2 oz sliced ham onto each of the bottom halves.
  • Top with 1/2 slice havarti and 1/2 slice gouda.
  • Top with top buns, then place assembled sandwiches into the prepared baking dish.
  • Spoon butter sauce over the tops.
  • Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the ham is hot.
