Chipotle Ranch Dressing

This Chipotle Ranch Dressing is a homemade version of your favorite creamy dressing with a smoky, spicy kick. Serve it over salad, on tacos, with veggies, on burgers, you name it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk plus more to thin, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce more or less to taste
  • 1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt to taste, if necessary (I used 1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  • Place mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, lime juice, chipotle peppers, ranch seasoning, and salt into a large bowl or food processor.
  • Whisk or pulse until well combined and creamy.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary, then serve as desired (with fries, chips, veggies, salad, etc.) and enjoy!
