This Chipotle Aioli is a flavorful yet versatile addition to a number of different recipes. It's creamy, spicy, slightly tangy, and super easy to make!
Servings: 18 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Place mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, chipotle peppers, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cumin into a large bowl or food processor.
Whisk or pulse until well combined and creamy.
Taste and re-season, if necessary, then serve as desired (with fries, on a burger, etc.) and enjoy!
