  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin


  • Place mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, chipotle peppers, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cumin into a large bowl or food processor.
  • Whisk or pulse until well combined and creamy.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary, then serve as desired (with fries, on a burger, etc.) and enjoy!
