Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

These Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are fluffy on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. Tossed with butter and seasonings then air fried to perfection, these potatoes are SO flavorful and make an easy breakfast side dish.

  • 1 (1 1/2 pound) bag Little Potato Company Fresh Creamer Potatoes Terrific Trio halved or quartered depending on the size of the potato*
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted, use vegan butter if vegan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper omit if you don’t like spice


  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Place potatoes into a large bowl and toss with melted butter, salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and cayenne.
  • Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry in preheated air fryer for 20-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  • Serve and enjoy!


*If using another potato, I’d suggest Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/2 - 1 inch chunks
