Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, relish, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in chicken, celery, red onion, raisins, and pecans.
Taste and re-season if necessary.
Serve or cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
