- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Once hot, add in sausage, onion, pepper, salt, and pepper.
Cook, breaking up the meat as you go, until the sausage is cooked through and the veggies are tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, place oven rack onto top rung, and spray a 12 inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
Place cooked pizza crust onto prepared baking pan.
Drizzle crust with syrup and spread evenly with a spoon.
Top with cooked sausage/veggies, potatoes, hollandaise, and both cheeses.
Use the back of a spoon to create four indents.*
Crack one egg into each indent and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are cooked.
Cut pizza into slices and serve with an extra drizzle of syrup!
Take 5 seconds to . We greatly appreciate it!
