Four Champagne Cocktails for New Year's Eve

These Champagne Cocktails are super delicious, fresh, and made FOUR ways: Raspberry Royale, Mimosa, Poinsettia, and Classic! They are the perfect addition to your NYE party!

Ingredients

Raspberry Royale

  • 3/4 - 1 oz Chambord
  • champagne

Mimosa

  • Your choice of fruit juice: grape juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, raspberry lemonade etc.
  • champagne

Poinsettia

  • 3/4 oz cointreau
  • champagne
  • splash cranberry juice

Classic Champagne Cocktail

  • 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 6-8 shakes Angostura bitters
  • champagne

Instructions

Raspberry Royale

  • Pour 3/4 - 1 oz of Chambord into a champagne flute and top with champagne.

Mimosa

  • Fill champagne flute with champagne 3/4 of the way full and top with choice of juice!

Poinsettia

  • Take 3/4 oz of cointreau and pour into a champagne flute. Fill the glass up (about 3/4 of the way) with champagne and top with cranberry juice!

Classic Champagne Cocktail

  • Place 3/4 teaspoon sugar into the bottom of a champagne flute and top with about 8 shakes of angostura bitters. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon peel!
