Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe
Easy blueberry muffin smoothie that's full of good for you ingredients like greek yogurt, blueberries, oats, and cinnamon that tastes like a muffin!
Servings: 1 smoothie
- 1 (6 oz) container non fat blueberry greek yogurt I used Simply 100
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal*
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey more or less, to taste
- pinch salt
*If you're gluten free, make sure your oats are, too!
**If you don't have a super high powdered blender, you might need to add a splash milk to thin it out a bit. :)
