Easy Tzatziki Recipe
A simple sauce made of non fat plain greek yogurt, garlic, and cucumbers, this Easy Tzatziki Recipe comes together in a matter of minutes and is the perfect, healthy, flavorful addition to any meal!
Servings: 6 people
- 2 cups non fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups diced cucumbers seeded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste **
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced or pressed
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Taste and re-season if necessary.
Cover and place in the fridge until chilled.
Serve with pita bread, meat, etc.
Store in the fridge, covered, in an airtight container.

*To prep the cucumbers: Remove the ends of the cucumber. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds! Dice and continue with recipe.
