Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) log goat cheese softened to room temperature
  • 16 - 18 Medjool dates pitted and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 8-9 strips bacon sliced in half

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stuff dates with goat cheese.
  • Wrap each date in a piece of bacon.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is cooked to your liking.*
