  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 (12 oz) package Ozery Bakery Muesli Morning Rounds cubed (3 buns)
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded gouda
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • maple syrup for topping


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 6 slot jumbo muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add in cubed bread, diced bacon, shredded gouda, and chopped pecans.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to evenly fill the prepared muffin tin.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until egg mixture has cooked through.
  • Cool slightly and serve with maple syrup!
