Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  • Place spices into a small bowl then stir to combine.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary.
  • Use as desired, then store leftovers in a sealed airtight container.
