Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons black truffle oil *
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Place mayo, sour cream, truffle oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder into a medium sized bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary, and serve with fries, on a burger or sandwich, with vegetables, and more!

Notes

*The amount of truffle oil will vary based on the brand you use. Start with 1/2 tablespoon and add more to taste. I used this black truffle oil.
