Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup freshly shredded cheese of choice pepperjack, cheddar, colby jack etc.
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Place shredded cheese, parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a medium sized bowl, then whisk until well combined.
  • Spray pre-heated waffle maker with cooking spray, then cook according to manual*, until the chaffle is cooked through and crispy. This should take about 3 minutes.

Notes

*Every waffle maker will require different amounts of batter and cooking time. I used this waffle maker to make 1 chaffle with the ingredients listed. I needed to cook the chaffle for 3 minutes for it to be cooked through and crispy.
