  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cubed ham
  • 1 (8 oz) block swiss cheese cubed
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan (I used a romano, asiago, parmesan cheese blend)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • Honey mustard dressing for serving

Instructions

  • Grease a 6 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl stir together soup, sour cream, milk, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Stir in cubed chicken, cubed ham, and cubed cheese.
  • Pour into the prepared crockpot, then sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle on the grated parmesan, then pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Cover the crockpot with a thin dish towel (be sure it doesn’t touch the food), then place the crockpot lid on top.
  • Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • Scoop and serve with a drizzle of honey mustard dressing!
