Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu

- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 (8 oz) package cubed ham
- 1 (8 oz) block swiss cheese cubed
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan (I used a romano, asiago, parmesan cheese blend)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- Honey mustard dressing for serving
Grease a 6 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl stir together soup, sour cream, milk, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Stir in cubed chicken, cubed ham, and cubed cheese.
Pour into the prepared crockpot, then sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly on top.
Sprinkle on the grated parmesan, then pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
Cover the crockpot with a thin dish towel (be sure it doesn’t touch the food), then place the crockpot lid on top.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
Scoop and serve with a drizzle of honey mustard dressing!
