S'Mores Dip

An easy S'mores Dip Recipe four ways: classic s'more, salted caramel, peanut butter chocolate, and white chocolate raspberry! Whichever dip you choose, your sweet tooth is sure to be satisfied!

Ingredients

Classic

  • 12 oz Hershey's chocolate (8 (1.55 oz) bars)
  • 1 (10 oz bag) large marshmallows
  • graham crackers

Salted Caramel

  • 12 oz Hershey's chocolate (8 (1.55 oz) bars)
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping sauce
  • 1 (10 oz bag) large marshmallows
  • Maldon sea salt
  • pretzel crisps

Peanut Butter Chocolate

  • 12 oz Reese's peanut butter cups (8 (1.5 oz) packets)
  • 1 (10 oz bag) large marshmallows
  • graham crackers

White Chocolate Raspberry

  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 1 (6 oz container) fresh raspberries
  • 1 (10 oz bag) large marshmallows
  • chocolate graham crackers

Instructions

Classic

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Place chocolate into prepared dish.
  • Layer on marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Serve with graham crackers.

Salted Caramel

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Place chocolate into prepared dish.
  • Pour on caramel then sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
  • Layer on marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Serve with pretzels.

Peanut Butter Chocolate

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Place peanut butter cups into prepared dish.
  • Layer on marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Serve with graham crackers.

White Chocolate Raspberry

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Place chocolate into prepared dish.
  • Top with raspberries.
  • Layer on marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows and chocolate are melty, about 5 minutes, then broil - watching carefully - until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
