- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Line with a parchment paper sling, then set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Spray hands with cooking spray (to prevent sticking) and gently press down on the crumbs to form a crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, then coconut over the crust.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over coconut.
Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
Cool completely before removing from pan and cutting into bars.
