Ingredients

  • 1/4  cup  pine nuts
  • cups  packed basil
  • cloves  garlic
  • tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 1/2  cup  shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  • Place pine nuts onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until nuts are golden brown.
  • Place all ingredients into food processor and process until well combined.
  • Serve with pasta, pizza, crackers, bread, etc!
