Walnut and Greek Yogurt Stuffed Dates. Perfect for healthier snacking or dessert-ing! Dates stuffed with light cream cheese, non-fat plain greek yogurt, and honey, and topped with walnuts, dark chocolate, and maldon sea salt!

  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey plus more for drizzling
  • 12 Medjool dates pitted and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 12 California Walnuts
  • Dark chocolate melted (optional for drizzling)
  • Maldon sea salt optional
  1. Place cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla, and honey into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer, beat until well combined.
  3. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into each date.
  4. Top each filled date with a walnut.
  5. Drizzle each walnut with a touch of honey.
  6. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge and eat chilled (my preference).
