Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons  olive oil based mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon  Sriracha plus more to taste (I love 2 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons  seasoned rice vinegar
  • teaspoons  soy sauce or gluten free alternative
  • teaspoons  sesame oil
  • 4 (5 oz) cans tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • Red onion for garnish
  • Avocado as a vessel, if desired

Instructions

  • Place mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil into a large bowl.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Stir in tuna, cucumber, and bell pepper.
  • Cover and place in fridge until ready to eat.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary.
  • If desired: halve and pit an avocado(s) and stuff halves with the tuna filling.
  • Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, red onion, and serve!
