Thaw pie crusts according to package directions.

Unroll pie crusts and use a 4.5 inch round cookie cutter to make 8 even rounds.

S’Mores: Fill one round with 1/2 heaping tablespoon nutella and 1/2 heaping tablespoon marshmallow fluff. Repeat with another round.

Blueberry: Fill one round with 1 heaping tablespoon blueberry pie filling. Repeat with another round.

Caramel Apple: Fill one round with 1 heaping tablespoon apple pie filling. Place one caramel on top of the filling . Repeat with another round.

Cherry: Fill one round with 1 heaping tablespoon cherry pie filling. Repeat with another round.

Moisten the outside of each pie crust round with water.

Fold pie crust in half and press the two seams together.

Use a fork to gently press the seams together further.

Repeat with remaining 7 pie rounds.

Use a sharp knife to score the top of the crust three times.

Spray with cooking spray and top each pie with coarse turbinado sugar (for the s’mores you’ll sprinkle with crushed graham crackers instead).

Hit “ON” on the air fryer.
Then hit “PRE-HEAT”. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and set the timer to 11 minutes.
Hit “START”.

The air fryer will beep at you when it’s finished preheating.
Open up the air fryer and spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place two of the hand pies in the basket.

Close the air fryer. It will beep at you when it’s finished cooking.

Repeat with remaining hand pies.
